I am a fully licenced Coach in Running Fitness through UK Athletics with many years experience coaching runners of all abilities under my belt. Not being your typical running physique and having already dropped down from 21 stone to 16.5 myself means I have a good knowledge of what it takes to get out and hit the pavement running for weight loss. I am Ex Army and have run a vast quantity of miles on trail. In the last four years I have completed 97 marathon or above distance races and look forward to being welcomed into the UK 100 Marathon Club at some point in the near future. I still enjoy working with my local running club and have a real passion for working with the new runners that join our beginners programme.
My aim is to provide professional coaching to the recreational runner at an affordable price both online for national customers or face to face appointments in Milton Keynes and its surrounding areas. Some of the key services we provide are

- Full beginner courses in group sessions for friends and families.
- Individual beginner courses for the less confident runner.
